Thomas Martin is a woodworker based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington. Following an apprenticeship in carpentry and burgeoning career in specialised shop fit outs , Tom’s studio practice is now one grounded by simplicity and functionality, and a deep understanding of timbers and their expressive ability.
